Fishing Report from Crisfield, Maryland by Captains Joe & John Asanovich aboard the Barbara Ann II & Barbara Ann III

Updated July 30th, 2011.

Just like we had hoped!, fishing has been great this season!  Medium to jumbo spot have shown up in earnest and croakers are plentiful as well….double headers!  There are some blowfish showing up in the mix too.

Bloodworms are  the preferred meal of choice.  Day and night fishing are both good with water temps averaging about 84 degrees.

Flounder fishing has picked up considerably.  Eddie Holland’s group caught 30 keeper flounder on their recent trip.  It was a blast!

The weather has been spectacular.  For those hot days that we recently encountered, there was always a breeze to keep us cool.  And don’t forget, we have full awnings to protect you from the sun.

We look forward to seeing you soon!

The fish are waiting for you!
